Applications:

1. Membrane Press (Vacuum Press)

   This process is used for thickness ranging from 0.20 to 0.50mm, and width from 1260mm to 1400mm, while its length lies between 100m to 300m. With this membrane press method, it is possible to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture, all at once. Moreover, it can also cover embossed board with five surfaces.

2. Wrapping Profiles

   These profiles can be used on any material such as wood, aluminium, PVC etc. which are used for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceiling etc. Its thickness is between 0.12mm to 0.18mm, width ranges from 40 to 1260mm while the length is 300 to 800m.

3. Cold Laminating

   This process is suitable for flat panels such as wood panels, steel panels, aluminium panel, PVC panel etc. for items such as doors and furniture. Its thickness should range from 0.12mm to 0.20mm, while the width is usually 1240mm or 1260mm and the length can range between 300m to 500m.

4. Hot Laminating

   Hot laminating is used for items such as doors, skirting, etc. It works best on PVC panels, steel panels, or aluminium panels. The recommended thickness is 0.16mm to 0.30mm, width is 1260mm and the length should be around 200m to 300m.

5. Self-Adhesive

   Self-adhesive is suitable for coatings of furniture and indoor decorations as well as other industrial decorations. Usually the thickness should be within 0.10mm to 0.20mm, width is 600mm or 1220mm and length ranges from 5m to 50m.
