Technical Parameters:

Our products come in a variety of thicknesses, ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. Different widths are available, such 1260mm and 1400mm. Customers can select 100-400m/roll of desired length.

The designs are plentiful, including wood grain, solid color, marble, brick and many more. There are also a variety of surface treatments, such as matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch.

Applications:

Membrane Press (Vacuum Press): This process is suitable for pressing thickness ranging from 0.20mm to 0.50mm with a width of either 1260mm or 1400mm, and a length of 100m to 300m. It can be applied to MDF, particleboard, wooden boards, fiber board and other surfaces for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and other furniture. The process can also be used to cover embossed boards and cover all five surfaces at the same time.

Wrapping Profiles: For this process, thickness range from 0.12mm to 0.18mm, width ranging from 40mm to 1260mm, and length ranging from 300m to 800m. This process is used to cover all kinds of profiles, such as wood profile, aluminum profile and PVC profile, for door frames, window sills, base channel and PVC ceilings.

Cold Laminating: This process is used for flat panels with thickness from 0.12mm to 0.20mm, a width of 1240mm to 1260mm, and length ranging from 300m to 500m. Suitable panels for this process includes wood panels, steel panels, aluminum panels, and PVC panels, mainly used for doors and furniture.

Hot Laminating: This process is used for panels with a thickness of 0.16mm to 0.30mm, a width of 1260mm, and length of 200m to 300m. Suitable surfaces include PVC panels, steel panels, aluminum panels for doors, skirting and so on.

Self-Adhesive Process: This process has a thickness of 0.10mm to 0.20mm, a width of either 600mm or 1220mm, and length of 5m to 50m. It can be applied to any smooth surfaces for furniture and indoor decorations.

Packing and Shipping:

The kraft paper, plastic sheet, and wrapping foam sheet are rolled up with the pvc film. Pallet packing for air or sea shipping is something we can provide.
